learning targets

What would happen if, with the guidance of advisors, mentors, and peers, we posted learning targets for our students and had THEM craft their own understanding of them in a way that both makes sense to them and allows them to be innovative and creative?

Running in November

I took a run today in the drear November landscape.  The earth is settling in, slowly, but surely, putting herslef to sleep.  Can I slow down now, too?
